Ingredients:
✓ 4 ½ cups flour 
✓ 1⅓ cup warm milk
✓ 1 tablespoon dry yeast
✓ 1 tablespoon  sugar
✓ 2 whole eggs and one egg white
✓ 1 egg yolk
✓ 4 tablespoons of oil
✓ 1 teaspoon of salt

For coating, approximately 100g of butter (it can also be coated with oil)
Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes
