Ingredients:
✓ 5 ½ lb of beef (stew meat)
✓ 5 Onions (1 ½ kg)
✓ 450g of bacon 10 slices

Moisture is the enemy of crispy wings, so dry them off thoroughly and let them rest overnight in the fridge.
Making the Sauce:
My buffalo sauce gets a twist with butter, hot sauce, garlic, ketchup, and a pinch of salt.
Heat it gently—don’t boil—to blend the flavors perfectly.
Instructions:

DOUGH
✓ ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
✓ 2 cups whole milk, warm to the touch
✓ ½ cup granulated sugar
✓ 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
✓ 5 cups flour, divided
✓ 1 teaspoon baking powder
✓ 1 teaspoons salt
FILLING
✓ 1 cup butter, softened
✓ 1 cup light brown sugar
✓ 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
FROSTING
✓ 4 oz cream cheese, softened
✓ 2 tablespoons butter, melted
✓ 2 tablespoons whole milk
✓ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✓ 1 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
1. Generously butter two disposable foil pie/cake pans.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, and granulated sugar. The mixture should be just warm, registering between 100-110˚F (37-43˚C). If it is hotter, allow to cool slightly.
3. Sprinkle the yeast evenly over the warm mixture and let set for 1 minute.
4. Add 4 cups (500g) of all-purpose flour to the milk mixture and mix with a wooden spoon until just combined.
5. Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap and set in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
6. After 1 hour, the dough should have nearly doubled in size.
7. Remove the towel and add an additional ¾ cup (95g) of flour, the baking powder, and salt. Stir well, then turn out onto a well-floured surface.
8. Knead the dough lightly, adding additional flour as necessary, until the dough just loses its stickiness and does not stick to the surface.
9. Roll the dough out into a large rectangle, about ½-inch (1 cm) thick. Fix corners to make sure they are sharp and even.
10. Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough.
11. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and a generous sprinkling of cinnamon.
12. Press the mixture into the butter.
13. Roll up the dough, forming a log, and pinch the seam closed. Place seam-side down. Trim off any unevenness on either end.
14. Cut the log in half, then divide each half into 7 evenly sized pieces. About 1½ inches (8cm) thick each.
15. Place 7 cinnamon rolls in each cake pan, one in the center, six around the sides. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.
16. Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
17. To prepare the frosting. In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together cream cheese, butter, whole milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar, until smooth.
18. Remove plastic wrap. Bake the cinnamon rolls in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
19. While still warm, drizzle evenly with frosting.

Recipe 1: Classic Crêpes
Ingredients:

✓ 4 tablespoons melted butter
✓ 1 teaspoons salt
✓ 1 tablespoons vanilla
1. Start by mixing the flour and salt together.
2. Add the sugar and mix it all well.
3. Pour in the milk, add the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix everything with an electric mixer on high speed until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
4. Heat a little butter in a skillet until it melts. Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet and spread it evenly over the surface.

6. Use a spatula to lift the Crêpe, then flip it and cook for another 30 seconds.

Crêpe Cake Preparation
To make a Crêpe cake, you will need:
✓ 500 g cream cheese
✓ ⅔ cup powdered sugar
✓ ⅔ cup heavy cream
✓ 400 g Strawberry
✓ 200 g Blackberry
✓ 300 g Blueberry
or
✓ jam according to preferences
1. Clean the strawberries and slice them thinly.
2. For the filling, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream. Blend well with an electric mixer on high speed.
3. Set aside five Crêpes. I use a cake mold, but you can use any dish smaller than the Crêpes.
4. Place the dish over the Crêpes and cut the edges to shape. You’ll need eight Crêpes for the cake.
5. Line three Crêpes along the sides of the dish, letting part hang over the edge.
6. Place the first trimmed Crêpe at the bottom as the first layer. Spread one-fourth of the filling over it, then distribute the strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
7. Repeat this process three more times.
8. For the final layer, reserve a bit of the filling. Fold the Crêpes hanging over the sides inward and cover with the last trimmed Crêpe. Spread the remaining filling on top and decorate with fruit.
9. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour to set.
Jam-Filled Crêpe Cake
For a jam-filled version instead of using fruit, spread jam between the Crêpe layers. I use strawberry jam, but you can use any jam you prefer.
Once the cake is assembled, remove the mold and enjoy this delightful treat. It’s fantastic, especially on hot days. For an added touch, you can top it with whipped cream. Enjoy!

Place the dough balls in the simmering soup (making sure they don’t touch), add the parsley, and cover. Let the soup simmer for 15 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.

Instructions:

I use bacon, but you can also use pancetta. Chop the bacon very finely. Before we start preparing the sauce, put a pot of water to boil and add a little salt.
In a heated pan, add the chopped bacon or pancetta and fry until crispy. When it's done, remove the bacon, but leave the oil in the pan. When the water boils, add the spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes, according to the instructions on the package. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
While the spaghetti is cooking, prepare the sauce. Grate or finely chop the garlic and fry it for a minute in the pan. Lower the heat and transfer the spaghetti directly from the pot to the pan. Do not rinse them as the starch helps the sauce adhere better to the pasta.
Mix a little, then add the egg and parmesan mixture. Stir, turn off the stove, and add one to three ladles of the water in which the spaghetti was cooked. The starchy water helps to thicken the sauce and absorb better into the pasta. When everything is well mixed, add the fried bacon and fresh parsley. Mix well again, and dinner is ready. 🍲 Steps:
cut the meat into cubes, about ¾ inch (2 cm) in size. Add salt and pepper, and mix well, then slowly add the flour, stirring bit by bit to coat the meat evenly. In a large soup pot, heat the olive oil, and add the meat in small batches so that each piece touches the bottom of the pot. Fry for about a minute, then flip to the other side, so all sides get browned. Remove the meat with tongs, leaving the oil and juices in the pot. Add more oil if needed, then add the chopped onion and mix it well with the oil, scraping the bottom of the pot to incorporate everything with the onion. Sauté until the onion softens.
Add 5 finely chopped garlic cloves, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano, and tomato paste (also known as tomato purée), and stir everything well. Add the chopped tomatoes and their juice from the can, stir again, then add 6 cups (1.5 liters) of beef or chicken broth, and finally, return the browned meat to the pot. Add the 2 bay leaves. Cover the pot and bring to a boil. Once it boils, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
While the meat is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Peel the carrots, trim the ends, and slice them into rounds about ¼ inch (½ cm) thick. I like to cook the cabbage with potatoes, but you can leave out the potatoes if you prefer. I have thin-skinned potatoes, but if you have other types, peel them first, then cut them into small cubes, about ¾ inch (1-2 cm). Finely chop the celery. For the cabbage, first remove and discard the core, then chop it into strips about 1 inch (2 cm) wide.
Once the meat is tender, add all the vegetables to the pot. Don’t worry if it looks crowded; the cabbage will soften and shrink. Stir everything well, cover, increase the heat, and cook for another 30-35 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. And that’s it, it’s ready! Remove the pot from the stove, discard the bay leaves, and taste to adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

Thread the chicken thighs onto the skewer, rotating each piece 90 degrees as you go. Add yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and dill. Mix everything well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
8. Serve: Once the chicken is done, slice it thinly, about 1/4 inch thick. To serve, fill a Greek pita with sliced chicken, chopped onion, and tomato, then drizzle with tzatziki sauce. Alternatively, you can use a flatbread like lepinja (recipe on my channel), cut it in half, fill it with chicken, onion, and tomato, and add either kajmak or tzatziki sauce—whichever you prefer.

For the Filling:
✓ 4 cups of Chopped Walnuts 1 ½ Pound
✓ 4 tablespoons of Melted Butter
✓ 1 ½ teaspoons of Cinnamon
✓ Zest of One Lemon
✓ Zest of One Orange
✓ ½ teaspoon of Salt
✓ ½ cup of Granulated Sugar
For the Syrup:
✓ ½ cup of Granulated Sugar
✓ ¾ cup of Honey
✓ 1 Cup of Water
✓ 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
✓ 1 lemon Juice
1. Prepare the Filling:
Grate the zest of the lemon and orange.
Finely grind the walnuts.
In a large bowl, mix the ground walnuts, sugar, salt, grated zest of lemon and orange, and cinnamon. Finally, add the melted butter and combine well. Set the filling aside.
2. Assemble the Baklava:
Brush a baking pan with melted butter.
Here is the layer breakdown:
6 pieces of buttered phyllo, 3/4 cup of filling

After the fourth layer, add more filling and repeat the process until all the filling and phyllo are used.
For the final layers, use 6-8 sheets, brushing each with butter. Pour any remaining butter over the top.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
3. Prepare the Syrup:
Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the honey and stir lightly.
Add the sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool.
4. Bake:
Take the baklava out of the refrigerator and cut it into four long strips, then cut diagonally at a 45-degree angle all the way to the bottom.

3. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes before proceeding to the next step (to prevent accidentally cooking the eggs).
4. Mix in the vanilla extract and add in the eggs, one at a time, being sure to fully incorporate each egg before adding the next.
5. Once all the eggs are incorporated, transfer it to a piping bag with a small star tip.
6. Invert a muffin tin and spray thoroughly with nonstick cooking spray. Pipe the dough around the inverted cups in spirals to form the bowls. Immediately transfer the tray to the freezer and freeze until solid (about 3 hours or overnight).
7. Heat oil in a deep pot to 350˚F (175˚C). Remove the muffin tin from the freezer and flex it to release the churro bowls (you may need to also use a butter knife under the bottom edge to initially release them). Return any extras to the freezer while you wait to fry.
8. Fry them in batches, until nicely browned, no more than 3 minutes at a time. Be sure to carefully turn them so they fry evenly.
9. Once desired color is reached, remove them from the oil to a paper towel-lined plate. Dab off any excess oil then roll them in cinnamon sugar.
10. Fill with your favorite ice cream and toppings.

Welcome my friends! Today, I'm making something truly special and absolutely delightful - Sweet Heart Buns. These soft, fluffy, and sweet buns are perfect for any occasion, whether it’s Valentine’s Day, a birthday, or just a cozy day at home.
Ingredients:
✓ 1 cup warm milk
✓ 1 tablespoon sugar
✓ 1 tablespoon dry yeast
✓ 8 tablespoons butter
✓ 3 tablespoons oil
✓ 3 ½ cops flour
✓ 1 teaspoon salt
✓ 9 teaspoon sugar
✓ 2 egg yolks
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 360° F Bake for 20-25 minutes
Start by placing the flour in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add 1 tablespoon of sugar and dry yeast. Pour in half of the warm milk and mix for about five minutes to activate the yeast.
Add the remaining milk, oil, salt, and 2 tablespoons of room temperature butter. Knead the dough until it is smooth and no longer sticks to your hands.
Oil the bowl and the dough to prevent sticking while it rises. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and a towel. Set it aside to rise until it doubles in size.
Once the dough has doubled in size, take it out and shape it into a ball. Divide it into nine equal pieces and shape each piece into a smooth round ball. Cover with plastic wrap and a towel, letting them rest for 15 minutes.
Take the first piece of dough and stretch it as much as you can. Shape it into a rectangle with your hands, then lightly brush it with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Roll the dough from the bottom up as tightly as possible. Pinch the seam with your fingers to seal it, then fold it in half and gently press down. Cut the fold, but not all the way through, and spread the sides like wings to form a heart shape.
Place the shaped dough on a baking pan. Repeat with the remaining pieces.
I found it easier to use a sharp knife instead of a dough cutter to make clean cuts.
Cover with a towel and let them rest for another 15 minutes.
Mix two egg yolks and gently brush them on top of each piece. Sprinkle a little sugar on each one.
Preheat your oven to 360. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Serve as is, or add a scoop of ice cream for an extra treat on a hot day.

- The oil temperature should be around 340°F. If the oil is too hot, the piroshki will brown quickly on the outside but remain raw on the inside.
- Depending on the size of your pan, fry a few piroshki at a time for about 8-10 minutes on one side, then flip and fry for another 8 minutes on the other side.
5. Final step:
- The piroshki are ready when they are golden-brown and crispy on the outside, while soft on the inside.
- Place them on paper towels to drain excess oil and enjoy your freshly made piroshki!

In a food processor, add the nuts and pulse until finely chopped, add them to a large bowl and to them, add the sugar, lemon zest, orange zest, butter, cinnamon and salt, mix well to combine and set aside.
In a small saucepan, add the 3 sticks of butter (1-1/2 cups) melt the butter over medium-low heat and remove from the heat to cool slightly.
Unwrap the phyllo dough, trim it to fit a 9x13” baking pan and while you work with the pastry, make sure you always keep it covered with a damp kitchen towel so it doesn’t dry out.
Brush some of the butter on the bottom of the baking pan, then lay one piece of phyllo in the bottom, brush some butter evenly over the whole surface of the phyllo and follow that with another piece of phyllo. Keep buttering each piece and layering a total of 8 pieces of phyllo on top of each other, sprinkle over about 3/4 of a cup of the nut mixture and then layer 6 pieces of phyllo (with butter in between) on top of the first layer.
Keep layering and here is the layer breakdown:
8 pieces of buttered phyllo, 3/4 cup of filling
6 pieces of buttered phyllo, 3/4 cup of filling
6 pieces of buttered phyllo, 3/4 cup of filling
6 pieces of buttered phyllo, 3/4 cup of filling
6 pieces of buttered phyllo, 3/4 cup of filling
8 pieces of buttered phyllo as the very top layer.
Brush the very top with some butter, then using a sharp knife, cut the baklava into squares or a diamond pattern (check video for clear instructions) bake the baklava for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Meanwhile, while the Baklava bakes, make the syrup. Simply add the water, honey, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
When the baklava comes out of the oven, immediately pour over the honey syrup, allow it to come to room temperature then lightly cover it with a kitchen towel and allow it to sit for about 6 hours or overnight before serving.

🍕 The Secret to a Perfect Pizza Every Time! 🍕
Welcome, friends! Whether you’re a beginner in the kitchen or a seasoned master, this recipe will help you make a pizza that will wow your family and friends!
Ingredients for the dough:
✓ 4 cups flour
✓ 2 cups warm water
✓ 1 tablespoon sugar
✓ 1 tablespoon yeast
✓ 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions for preparing the dough:
1. In a large bowl, pour the flour and make a well in the center.
2. In the well, add the sugar, yeast, salt, and half of the warm water.
3. Mix the mixture for about 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
4. Gradually add the remaining water and start kneading the dough. Knead until the dough becomes smooth and stops sticking to your hands.
5. Lightly oil a clean bowl and coat the dough with oil. Cover it with plastic wrap and a towel, then leave it to rise until it doubles in size.
Preparing the oven:
1. Preheat the oven to 550°F (or as high as it can go).

Ingredients:
1 ½ lb chicken thighs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
8 oz baby bella mushrooms, sliced
1 medium yellow onion, sliced
2 red bell peppers, seeded and sliced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
½ cup red wine
14 oz diced tomatoes
1 cup chicken stock
¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
1. Liberally season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
2. In a 4-quart high-walled skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook 3-4 minutes per side, until lightly browned. Transfer to a bowl.
3. Add another tablespoon of olive oil to the pan, then add the mushrooms. Lightly season with salt and pepper, then cook until mushrooms begin to brown, about 5 minutes. Transfer the mushrooms to the bowl with the chicken.
4. Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil to the pan, then add the onion and red bell pepper and season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the onion and pepper begin to brown, 5–7 minutes.
5. Create a well in the middle of pan and add the tomato paste, then cook for about 1 minute before mixing together with the onions and peppers.
6. Add the garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and rosemary and stir to combine before adding the red wine. Use the moisture from the red wine to scrape up any stuck-on bits from the bottom of the pan. Cook until the wine is reduced by half.
7. Add the diced tomatoes and chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
8. Place the chicken and mushrooms on top of the simmering sauce, pouring in any accumulated juices from the bowl. Sprinkle with the parsley.
9. Cover and cook for12 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
10. Serve chicken and sauce over pasta or with bread alongside.

6. Gather the four corners of the dough and pinch them together in the center, then gather the remaining corners to form a smooth, round ball. Flip it over and place it on a parchment-lined baking pan.
7. Repeat with the remaining dough balls. Cover with a towel and let sit for another 10 minutes.
For topping:
8. Mix 1 egg yolk with 1 teaspoon of oregano and brush it gently over the dough. Sprinkle a bit of Parmesan cheese on top, if desired.
9. Bake at 360°F for 25-30 minutes. And there you have it—beautiful, golden pizza bites. Enjoy!
