Welcome my friends I am Miroslav and today, I’m taking you through Buffalo Wings 101β€”from prep to sauce to frying perfection.

Prepping the Wings:
First, cut the wings into drumettes and flats, saving the tips for stock if you like.
Moisture is the enemy of crispy wings, so dry them off thoroughly and let them rest overnight in the fridge.

Making the Sauce:
My buffalo sauce gets a twist with butter, hot sauce, garlic, ketchup, and a pinch of salt.
Heat it gentlyβ€”don’t boilβ€”to blend the flavors perfectly.

Instructions:
βœ“ 1 cup hot sauce
βœ“ 4 tablespoons butter
βœ“ 1 teaspoon salt
βœ“ 2 cloves Garlic
βœ“ 2 tablespoons ketchup

Frying the Wings:
After drying overnight, fry the wings at 375Β°F for around 12 minutes.
For ultimate crispiness, keep your oil level safe (about halfway up the pot) and avoid splatter by drying wings well beforehand.

Sauce & Serve:
Toss the wings in your sauce, coat them evenly, and serve with celery, carrots, and blue cheese dressing. If you’re not making a mess, you’re not eating wings right!
