Ingredients:
✓ 5 ½ lb of beef (stew meat)
✓ 5 Onions  (1 ½ kg)
✓ 450g of bacon 10 slices
✓ ¼ cup oil
✓ 3 tablespoon Salt
✓ 2  tablespoons garlic | 7-8 cloves
✓ 1 ½ tablespoon pepper
✓ 1 tablespoon of thyme
✓ 1 tablespoon of sage
✓ 1 tablespoon of rosemary
✓ 3 tablespoon sweet paprika
✓ 1 tablespoon hot paprika
✓ 6oz tomato paste
✓ 2 cups of red wine
✓ 2 cups of chicken broth
✓ 3 bay leaves

Simmer for 1 ½ - 2 Hours on low on stove top
Or
4 hours on high crockpot
