✓ 4 cups chicken broth
✓ 2 cups milk
✓ 2-3 tablespoons fresh parsley
✓ 1 onion chopped
✓ 2 tablespoons garlic
✓ 4 Italian sausages 450g
✓ ¼ cup flour
✓ 1 tablespoon salt
✓ 1 teaspoon pepper
✓ 6 tablespoons butter
✓ 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
✓ ½ tablespoon crushed red pepper
✓ ½ cup sour cream
