So, what makes this pita so special, you ask? It's all about that crispy, flaky filo dough combined with a rich, ooey-gooey cheese filling. 

Ingredients:
✓ 450g Filo dough
✓ 400g feta cheese
✓ 1 ½ cup sour cream
✓ 3 cups cottage cheese
✓ 3 eggs

Bake at 390°F for the first 15 minutes, then reduce to 360°F and bake for another 30 minutes until golden brown
