Salted Bakery Breadsticks / Kifle
Warm, golden-brown Salted Bakery Breadsticks / Kifle, crisp on the outside, yet soft and fluffy on the inside.
This is a traditional recipe for Yugoslavian pastry called Kifle.
Kifle (sing. kifla) are one of the most popular Yugoslavian breakfast breads.

Ingredients:
For the dough:
5 cups flour
2 cups warm water
1 tablespoons active dry yeast
1 tablespoons of sugar
½ cup oil
1 tablespoons of salt
2 tablespoons oil

For dressing you need:
6 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoons of salt
½ teaspoon of baking soda
½ cup water
1 tablespoons oil

For coating:
1 yolk

Bake at 392F for about 30 minutes.
